The Skagit Flats Marathon course is a flat, fast out and back rural course through the Skagit Valley.
The course starts on Victoria Street on the south side of Burlington Edison High School. The course travels on rural roads through the Skagit Valley farmlands to the entrance of Samish Island and finishes on the Burlington-Edison High School track.
The Skagit Flats Marathon was the 427th largest marathon in the U.S. last year and was the 414th largest in 2022.
This year 20.4% of finishers qualified for the Boston Marathon and 16.9% of runners qualified for Boston in 2023.
