The Bear Lake Utah Marathon is part of a three day series - one race each in Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.
The Marathon course begins on the east side of the lake. There is little traffic on this side and extends for almost 16 miles. The last portion of the course will continue around Laketown, Rendezvous Beach and Ideal Beach Resort. At Ideal Beach Resort, runners enter the paved bike trail leading to the finish line at the Garden City Park.
The Bear Lake Utah Marathon was the 486th largest marathon in the U.S. last year and was the 512th largest in 2022.

The few hills are early then smooth sailing. Can expect cold mornings (race begins at 6:00) and still cool by the finish. Shuttle bus out to start worked effortlessly.
